**Terms for Dig Your Data**

**What you're buying**
A two-page data analysis report and segmented email list spreadsheet based on the data you provide. The output is specific to your data and your business.

**Turnaround**
48 business hours from the point I confirm I have everything I need. Business hours are Monday to Friday. If your data needs correcting before I can start, the clock starts when the clean version arrives.

**Your data**
I need your Stripe transactions spreadsheet and your email list spreadsheet completed using my templates. If what you send is incomplete or unusable, I'll let you know what needs fixing before I start work.

Your data is used solely to produce your report. It will not be shared with any third party and will be deleted once your report has been delivered.

**The report**
The report is based entirely on the data you provide. I can only work with what I'm given. If your data is incomplete, your results will reflect that.

There are no amends or revisions included. If you want to talk through your results, you can book an analysis call separately.

**Refunds**
Because this is a bespoke done-for-you service, I do not offer refunds once work has begun. Work begins when I confirm receipt of your completed data.
