The Control Room — Agreement

By purchasing, you agree to the following:

Your place is secured on payment. The Control Room runs for three months from your agreed start date. Your six calls (one 90-minute kick-off plus five 60-minute strategy calls) should be used within that period; calls not used within the three months are forfeited.

Voxer support runs Monday to Thursday, UK working hours, throughout the partnership.

To reschedule a call, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Calls missed without notice may be forfeited.

If you're paying by instalment, all three payments are due. If a payment fails, sessions and support pause until it's resolved, and the full balance remains payable.

This is a collaborative partnership. Zoë will analyse the business, identify the highest-impact opportunities and support implementation, but cannot guarantee specific revenue results.

Because work begins on your business before the first call, payments are non-refundable once the partnership has started.
